Design Co-op Summer 2027

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States

Salary: $29.00–$50.00 per hour

Design teams develop consumer-focused solutions across graphic, industrial, innovation, digital, fashion, and other design disciplines.

What you will do

• Create design solutions supporting brand strategies and business objectives.
• Develop concepts for packaging, products, delivery systems, and digital experiences.
• Work through the design process from landscape assessment, research, brainstorming, and ideation to prototyping, content creation, and execution.
• Develop visual expressions for brands across packaging, in-store, digital, social, web, photography, and video content.
• Collaborate with creative leaders, agency partners, marketers, industrial designers, engineers, and technologists.
• Use project management and cross-functional collaboration to support innovation projects.

Requirements

• Currently attending a university or college with a relevant design major and maintaining a portfolio.
• Relevant majors include Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Textile Design, Industrial Design, UI/UX Design, Communication Design, Interactive Design, Digital Design, New Media Design, or Advertising Design.
• Demonstrated creative excellence, visual storytelling, visualization, and creative problem-solving.
• Knowledge of human-centered design, prototyping, iteration, relevant software, and design processes.
• Ability to present a clear point of view and communicate ideas visually and verbally.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available; eligibility for hire in the United States is required.
