What you will do

• Create detailed designs and specifications for tools, dies, molds, and fixtures.
• Use CAD software to produce and modify design drawings.
• Develop prototypes, conduct functional and performance tests, and adjust designs based on results.
• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, production staff, and quality assurance teams.
• Manage multiple design projects, documentation, revisions, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify design improvements and cost-reduction opportunities while tracking advances in tooling technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in tool design and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to obtain a tow motor license.
• Successful completion of LOTO and confined-space training.
