Family Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care)

Location: Glen Allen, Virginia, United States; onsite role

Salary: $120,000–$1,600,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based family primary care at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and health education.
• Build trusted, lasting relationships with patients and clients.
• Practice autonomously while focusing on health outcomes rather than patient volume or fee-for-service billing.
• Use clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD to support patient care.

Requirements

• Active nurse practitioner license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Independent practice authority preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing authority.
• Independent family practice experience in wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Glen Allen, Virginia.
