Health Center Manager Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care)

What you will do

• Manage daily health center operations, staff, workflow, patient flow, utilization, and service performance.
• Oversee staff hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management.
• Provide primary care and clinical expertise to client employees as needed.
• Lead infection control activities, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and incident investigations.
• Identify workflow improvements, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve patient complaints.
• Maintain accurate patient health records and communicate policies with staff and client representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the practicing state.
• Current hands-on AHA or ARC Basic Life Support certification for healthcare providers.
• At least 3 years of experience in the medical field, including 3+ years of primary care Nurse Practitioner experience.
• 2–3 years of management experience.
• Experience using CDC, WHO, APIC, or comparable industry standards for infection prevention.
