Salary: $86,100–$114,800 per year

What you will do

• Define system architectures and electrical design approaches for complex systems.
• Develop, test, simulate, and analyze electrical components while documenting results.
• Plan and deliver engineering projects in alignment with requirements, standards, and production needs.
• Lead design reviews, risk assessments, technical issue resolution, and cross-disciplinary integration.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners on requirements, technical progress, technology planning, and supplier capabilities.
• Mentor engineers, establish engineering standards, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 6–10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience with increasing technical responsibility.
• Proven experience designing and developing complex electrical systems.
• Expertise in electrical engineering principles, design methodologies, system integration, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and prioritization skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain security clearances.
