Internship within The Walt Disney Company’s EMEA business focused on television content acquisition and related operational support.
What you will do
- Enter licensing agreement information into programming, accounting, finance, and master-file systems.
- Process acquisition and local production invoices and track payments.
- Review contracts for renewals, date changes, episode-count changes, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Provide updated calendars and ratings information to programming teams.
- Coordinate back-office support with Legal, Finance, Materials, Creative, Marketing, and other departments.
- Collect information for local, regional, and global internal reports.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Economics, Business Management, or a related field, with no more than two years since graduation.
- Fluent English and Portuguese are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, responsibility, motivation, and a proactive working style.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines both independently and collaboratively.
Nice to have
- Spanish language skills.
- Interest in learning about the television industry.
