What you will do
- Develop business operations decision-making systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze domain data, define key metrics, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain reports and analytical systems, including data ETL and data integrity processes.
- Explain reports, algorithm details, and analytical results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify project requirements, translate them into tasks, and lead delivery with Engineering, Product, and business teams.
- Prioritize metric development requests and train and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data, business analytics, or another quantitative field.
- Excellent SQL skills and a strong understanding of statistical analysis and algorithm design.
- Proficient English and strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience initiating and leading analytics projects that deliver actionable business recommendations.
- Experience identifying requirements and delivering analytical projects or features with stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience creating Tableau, Grafana, or similar GUI-based reports.
- Retail or e-commerce experience.
- Experience with Python, Spark, R, GitHub, or Airflow.
- Experience with Wiki, Jira, Gantt charts, PowerPoint, or similar documentation and project management tools.
