What you will do
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual retail performance reports and dashboards.
- Analyze retail KPIs, promotion results, store activation performance, and operational expenses to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support short- and long-term commercial planning by translating priorities into store actions, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate retail operations projects, track execution progress, and manage cross-functional timelines and action plans.
- Support retail system implementation, issue resolution, process improvement, SOP development, and operational administration.
- Develop incentive plans, manage group sales reporting, and validate monthly retail staff bonus calculations with Finance.
Requirements
- Experience in retail operations, business analysis, commercial planning, or a related field.
- Ability to prepare performance reports, analyze retail data, and translate findings into recommendations.
- Experience coordinating projects and collaborating with retail stores, Global teams, Finance, and local cross-functional partners.
- Ability to manage retail systems, operational procedures, SOPs, audits, and process improvements.
- Strong attention to detail when tracking expenses, incentives, bonus calculations, compliance, and deliverables.
