Clinical Services Manager (Diabetes Care)

Location: Field-based in the Ithaca/Binghamton, New York territory; must reside within the assigned geographic area and travel regularly by car. Overnight travel may be required 2–5 times per month.

Annual base salary: $90,000 for U.S.-based positions; eligible for incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Build clinical partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care providers, diabetes management teams, hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
• Educate healthcare providers on diabetes management, insulin pump therapy, clinical technologies, and treatment best practices.
• Schedule and deliver personalized patient training on the use, care, and troubleshooting of Omnipod products.
• Evaluate, support, and provide product updates to Certified Pod Trainers while maintaining training metrics in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with territory partners on business strategy, clinical selling, and product adoption.
• Manage field operations, administrative responsibilities, budgets, and travel within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of related clinical experience.
• Current clinical credentials or certifications such as CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD, or another relevant credential; state licensure where required.
• Experience educating providers or patients in a clinical setting and proficiency with clinical technology, insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitors, and data systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly by car within the assigned territory.
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 30 lbs. of sales samples and literature.

Nice to have

• Experience training patients or managing insulin pump patients.
• Commercial experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
