Clinical Operations Associate (Oncology Diagnostics)

Location: Remote, United States only; role supports customers across North and South Carolina.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 USD annually, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Build relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and healthcare institutions to support NavDx ordering, reporting, surveillance management, and customer satisfaction.
• Onboard customers, educate clinical teams, optimize workflows, and support implementation of NavDx testing and surveillance protocols.
• Provide operational support for test ordering, results reporting, reimbursement, provider portal access, and related service needs.
• Coordinate with laboratory, reimbursement, Patient Navigation, Sales, and other teams on order processing, specimen management, claims, and patient access.
• Analyze ordering patterns, longitudinal testing adherence, and surveillance utilization to identify gaps and improve provider workflows.
• Execute account analyses, operational projects, data maintenance, and process improvements while maintaining regulatory and privacy compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 2–5 years of full-time experience in clinical operations or analytics in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a commercial-stage life sciences or diagnostics company, physician office, clinic, or hospital supporting patients and healthcare providers.
• Strong communication skills and experience engaging with healthcare professionals and customers.
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce.com, and Tableau, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboard management.
• High integrity, ethical judgment, strategic agility, collaboration, leadership, and results orientation.

Nice to have

• Registered Nurse certification.
• Direct oncology experience.
