Senior Local Trial Manager (Sponsor Dedicated)

What you will do

• Manage clinical delivery for assigned sponsor-dedicated projects in compliance with ICH-GCP, protocols, contracts, SOPs, and local regulations.
• Drive recruitment targets and develop appropriate recruitment strategies.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate clinical and quality risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage clinical project finances, including estimates at completion, scope changes, and additional service opportunities.
• Lead clinical teams through operational planning, training, team meetings, milestone tracking, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, support proposals and bid defenses, and attend site visits when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or another scientific discipline.
• At least 5 years of clinical research or monitoring experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Fluency in the local country language and advanced English are required.
• Must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with office requirements in Buenos Aires.
• Knowledge of clinical research regulations, including ICH-GCP, relevant local laws, protocols, and therapeutic areas.
• Project management, finance, communication, leadership, organization, problem-solving, negotiation, and Microsoft Office skills.
