Director of Home Infusion (Healthcare Operations)

Location: Onsite in Northeast Ohio; regular in-person leadership presence is required. Occasional travel to company locations, customer sites, and leadership meetings may be required.

Salary: $124,800–$208,000 USD annually, depending on experience and geographic location. The role may also include an annual bonus and long-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop and execute operational strategies supporting business growth and long-term success.
• Lead home infusion operations and ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery and strong patient experiences.
• Manage production goals, patient onboarding targets, service-level agreements, quality metrics, productivity, profitability, and patient satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, scalability, and operational effectiveness.
• Build relationships with health systems, customers, referral sources, payers, and industry stakeholders.
• Mentor operational leaders and ensure compliance with federal, state, accreditation, payer, and company requirements.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• At least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, infusion services, or complex healthcare operations.
• Experience leading multifunctional teams and improving operational performance through strategic planning, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of home infusion operations, reimbursement models, payer requirements, accreditation standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work onsite in Northeast Ohio with regular in-person leadership presence.
