Director, Quality Improvement, Digital Quality Measurement

Location: Remote from anywhere in the United States; U.S. work authorization required

Salary: $107,700–$199,300 per year

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, testing, validation, and audit readiness for digital quality measurement, HEDIS, and related clinical quality initiatives.
• Direct process and quality improvement activities that streamline workflows and support business objectives.
• Lead and collaborate on NCQA accreditation and HEDIS performance initiatives.
• Improve quality outcomes for risk adjustment processes and Medicare STARS ratings, including HEDIS, CAHPS, and HOS.
• Oversee provider satisfaction surveys, implement improvement action plans, and present performance results to senior management.
• Establish policies, operating procedures, goals, and technology-enabled processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in quality management, quality improvement, or healthcare operations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Knowledge of digital quality measurement, HEDIS, ECDS, FHIR, healthcare interoperability, or related quality transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
• Ability to support audit readiness and translate clinical requirements into operational and technology solutions.
• Some states may require formal certification in quality improvement, risk management, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Current state RN license.
• Certified Professional in Health Care Quality certification.
