Security Risk Expert - AI & Emerging Technology

hirify.global develops advanced semiconductor manufacturing systems and operates a corporate security risk management function supporting AI and emerging technologies.

What you will do

• Execute security risk assessments for AI and emerging technology initiatives, identifying threats, vulnerabilities, control gaps, and risk scenarios.
• Analyze proposed technologies and architectures through threat modeling, attack-path analysis, and evaluation of security controls and mitigations.
• Assess AI-specific risks, including model compromise, prompt injection, data leakage, training data risks, supply chain vulnerabilities, agentic behavior risks, and access control weaknesses.
• Support security-by-design reviews, solution design reviews, control validation, remediation activities, and compensating measures.
• Contribute to exception management, risk treatment planning, risk acceptance discussions, methodologies, standards, control frameworks, and reporting.
• Collaborate with security risk teams, AI and data governance, IT, Privacy, Legal & Compliance, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders; mentor less experienced practitioners and escalate material risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, information technology, cybersecurity, internal audit, IT management, data science, AI, or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of professional experience focused on security, IT auditing, or Information Security Management Systems, with AI specialization.
• Experience defining and running AI security baselines and assessments, with tactical-level security experience.
• Deep knowledge of AI security developments, IT, data and information risk frameworks, and security best practices including NIST, ISO 27001/2, IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-30, and NIS2.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are expected.
• A Certificate of Good Conduct, Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG), is required.
