(Services) Security Director

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

hirify.global's Services department operates across global hubs and works with customers, engineering teams, and senior security leadership.

What you will do

• Develop and implement a security strategy for the Services department aligned with organizational security objectives.
• Oversee consistent application of security policies, standards, and procedures across Services hubs.
• Lead security risk and vulnerability assessment, mitigation planning, compliance, governance, and customer security guidance.
• Prepare security reports and communicate project risk status and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Establish security best practices and standard operating procedures within the Services Security Chapter.
• Coordinate incident response, stakeholder collaboration, security capacity planning, training, and knowledge development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in information security.
• 5+ years of experience in a global leadership role.
• Ability to communicate complex security matters clearly to senior executives, board members, customers, and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of security disciplines, product security, risk management, compliance, and engineering principles.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Based in or working from Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CSSLP or CISM.
