Manager - Corporate Accounting

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end accounting for share-based compensation, including valuations, expense recognition, forfeitures, modifications, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting schedules.
• Oversee pension plans, 401(k) contributions, employee benefits, long-term benefits, and related valuations, accruals, disclosures, and audits.
• Manage accounting for debt, financing transactions, derivatives, hedge documentation, effectiveness assessments, and ongoing measurement under ASC 815.
• Oversee payroll, bonus, insurance, legal, and other key accruals while driving accurate month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities.
• Support financial statement disclosures and external audits as the primary liaison for assigned accounting areas.
• Strengthen ICFR controls and improve accounting processes through automation, ERP enhancements, and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field and Certified Public Accountant qualification.
• 5–8 years of progressive relevant experience in public accounting, preferably Big Four, or in a medium-to-large international organization.
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, especially share-based compensation, pensions, debt, derivatives, and complex accruals.
• Experience with SOX-compliant controls, multinational accounting, multiple currencies, ERP and consolidation systems, and advanced Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or OneStream.
• Big Four public accounting experience.
