Logistics Specialist II

Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States; on-site. Shift: Wednesday–Saturday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM.

What you will do

• Support the receipt, storage, issuance, dispensing, allocation, and shipment of materials used in GMP manufacturing.
• Perform SAP transactions for goods receipt, inventory movements, order fulfillment, and material transfers.
• Support domestic and international shipping while maintaining GMP compliance.
• Use SAP, Syncade, DMS, and TrackWise for logistics, inventory, documentation, and monitoring activities.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, ride-ons, and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement teams and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or a related environment is preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Ability to work in warehouse and production environments, lift up to 50 pounds, and manage multiple priorities.
