Sr. Specialist, Sample Management (Biotech)

What you will do

• Define, implement and maintain end-to-end sample management for QC Chemistry, Microbiology and Bioassay samples.
• Coordinate sample-related activities, priorities, requirements and timelines across QC laboratories, External QC, Regulatory, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain and CMO partners.
• Monitor daily sample processing, quality records, schedules, deviations, CAPAs and change controls.
• Partner with Digital colleagues to optimize LIMS and explore Generative AI and other digital capabilities for QC workflows.
• Manage controlled-temperature units, troubleshoot compliance issues and support laboratory operations.
• Train colleagues, support internal and external audits, and maintain a safe, compliant laboratory environment.

Requirements

• BA/BSc in a relevant scientific discipline.
• At least 5 years of Quality Control experience in a cGMP organization.
• Strong working experience in a GMP environment.
• Working knowledge of applicable FDA, EU and ICH guidelines and regulations is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment.
• Proficiency in English is required for global collaboration.
