Field Implementation Coach (Marketing Technology)

Location: Remote proximity-based work from home, with a requirement to reside within 30 minutes or 30 miles of the Clinton Sales Territory in Maryland within six months of starting. Occasional overnight travel and extended hours may be required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. immediately; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $73,000–$95,000 per year, plus potential yearly incentive pay of up to 10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Coach independent agents on adopting marketing and technology processes.
• Conduct face-to-face, video, and phone interactions to influence behavioral change and improve customer experience.
• Execute technology activations and deployments with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide consulting on agent systems, digital tactics, and technology platforms.
• Identify process gaps, recommend targeted tactics, and drive adoption of enterprise initiatives.
• Use data and reports to support measurable outcomes and business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher-level education is desired.
• Understanding of insurance, agency operations, business workflows, and marketing systems.
• Ability to learn web and non-web programs and maintain technical expertise across evolving platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, OneNote, Excel, and Word.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, initiative, influence, and collaboration skills.
• Immediate U.S. work authorization is required; hirify.global will not sponsor work visas.

Nice to have

• Agency experience supporting marketing and technology processes.
• Experience with Salesforce ECRM, Agency Hub, Good Neighbor Connect, Drive Safe & Save, or similar platforms.
• Experience improving sales and office processes or leading strategic adoption conversations.
