Manager, Strategy & Transformation - Lincoln

Location: Detroit, Michigan, United States; hybrid with a requirement to be onsite four or more days per week

Salary: $115,500–$218,100 per year

What you will do

• Develop and deliver Lincoln’s long-range brand, product, and customer experience strategy.
• Frame complex business problems, generate hypotheses, and structure effective problem-solving approaches.
• Collaborate with engineering, product development, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional partners to define strategic roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis, and evaluate partnerships, acquisitions, and new business models.
• Build data-driven recommendations, present strategic insights to senior management, and translate analysis into competitive advantage.
• Monitor industry, regulatory, and technology changes while developing KPIs to track strategic initiative performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with a master’s degree.
• Experience in strategy and product development, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present to all levels of leadership and communicate recommendations persuasively.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience in strategy organizations or management consulting at Manager or Senior Manager level.
• Experience leading global-scale strategy programs and cross-functional projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, including executive presentations and large-scale data modeling.
