Business Technology Solutions Associate Consultant- Marketing & Customer Experience (MarTech)

Location: Hybrid across Princeton, New Jersey; New York, New York; Boston, Massachusetts; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; or Bethesda, Maryland. The role combines work from home with on-site presence at client and hirify.global offices, and travel is required for client-facing work.

Salary: $120,000–$137,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize customer data, marketing technology, and customer engagement solutions with hirify.global and client teams.
• Translate client challenges in customer engagement, marketing, and data into scalable technology and process solutions.
• Deliver customer data and activation initiatives across requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, activation, and measurement.
• Use SQL, ETL, media data, and marketing data expertise to develop and maintain scalable data solutions.
• Lead project modules and workstreams, troubleshoot implementations, and collaborate with technical architects.
• Support delivery planning, risk mitigation, mentoring, and development of business cases, architectures, prototypes, test cases, and deployment plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
• 3–5+ years of experience delivering small- or medium-scale technology solutions.
• Experience with MarTech, customer data platforms, marketing automation, customer experience activation, customer engagement, and omnichannel strategy.
• Experience with data management, data integration, analytics, reporting, SQL, ETL, cloud-based data and customer engagement solutions, and customer data activation.
• Technology consulting, solution design, client-facing delivery, project leadership, end-to-end delivery management, and mentoring experience.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

• Experience with commercial, customer engagement, marketing, or customer data initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear frameworks and presentations.
