The CFO opportunity is designed for an accomplished healthcare Finance executive whose experience extends well beyond traditional Accounting.
The scope reaches across:
Enterprise Finance
Accounting
FP&A
Budgeting + Forecasting
Revenue Cycle / Revenue Management
Capital Planning
Financial Reporting
Fiscal Strategy
Financial Controls
Managed Care / Payer Relationships
Procurement
Executive + Board Partnership
Enterprise Finance + Technology Transformation
Acute-care hospital Finance leadership experience is strongly preferred.
The strongest profile will have operated across multiple dimensions of the healthcare Finance function and understand how Finance connects to operations, performance and enterprise strategy.
MBA and/or CPA highly preferred (CPA not required)
