BIM / Structural Designer

Location: Hybrid role in the Phoenix, Arizona area, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the Phoenix office

What you will do

• Develop 3D structural models and complete 2D drawing sets, including plans and details.
• Use Revit and other design software to produce deliverables from sketches or verbal direction.
• Apply department and client standards while verifying the completeness and accuracy of work.
• Coordinate with related engineering disciplines and support BIM and QA/QC processes.
• Manage assigned design scopes independently and seek guidance when needed.

Requirements

• Intermediate-level experience in structural drafting and design.
• Experience with building structures, industrial facilities, or advanced technology manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in Revit and 3D structural modeling software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate drawings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with at least 2 days per week in the Phoenix, Arizona office.
