Future Talent - Sales Analyst

Location: Polanco, Mexico City, Mexico; onsite. The Future Talent Program starts in February 2027.

What you will do

• Learn the product portfolio and value proposition.
• Prepare commercial strategies and support the sales team using internal and external information.
• Analyze and follow up on commercial opportunities using portfolio and customer knowledge.
• Build customer relationships, understand business needs, and develop solution proposals.
• Apply financial analysis to evaluate opportunities and support strategic decisions.
• Prepare and deliver workshops for market clients while gaining exposure to multiple business functions.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced English level required.
• Graduation completed between December 2024 and December 2026.
• Interest in selling packaging, equipment, machinery, and services, including technical quotations and negotiations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including upper-intermediate Excel with pivot tables, macros, logic formulas, and automated reports.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, curiosity, and self-directed working skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Project management experience.
