Sr. Global Product Manager

What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision, build a prioritized roadmap, and drive progress toward strategic goals.
• Lead the evolution of design software interactions, canvas functionality, and platform architecture.
• Gather metrics, member feedback, customer research, and competitive insights to create actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with UX, QA, content, software development, product marketing, and analytics teams to launch and improve products.
• Use data to identify content gaps and develop strategies for content acquisition, production, and relationships between content types.
• Analyze post-launch performance and oversee day-to-day software operations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in software product management; zero-to-one product experience is a plus.
• Experience owning products across ideation, execution, launch, and ongoing improvement.
• Strong strategic and tactical thinking, communication, presentation, decision-making, and data analysis skills.
• Experience defining innovative products and user experiences and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate member insights into product experiences and business strategy recommendations.
• Passion for crafting and creative content, with strong attention to detail and systems thinking.
