Client Solutions Associate

Location: New York, NY, USA; in-person product training is provided in client offices and at training seminars.

Annual salary: $70,000–$76,000.

What you will do

• Partner with clients to understand their business and investment processes and recommend solutions using hirify.global products.
• Support hirify.global applications and create custom models, screens, and automated processes.
• Build client relationships with leaders in the financial industry and improve research and analysis workflows.
• Plan and lead product training sessions in client offices and at training seminars.
• Gather product feedback and represent client needs to Product Development.

Requirements

• Strong interest in finance and/or FinTech.
• Client-focused mindset and willingness to work in a client-facing support role.
• Ability to learn and use new technology, build relationships, collaborate across teams, and solve analytical problems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree conferred by January 2027.
