Business Operations Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Riga, Latvia; hybrid work with the option to work remotely or from the Riga office

Salary: EUR 2,500–3,500 gross per month, depending on experience, education, and skills

What you will do

• Build and own the central performance dashboard and metric layer for in-house and partner operations.
• Define performance metrics, baselines, and reporting standards for the Supply Performance Management organization.
• Streamline forecasting and support S&OP planning through capacity coverage reporting, plan-versus-actual tracking, and scenario analysis.
• Monitor partner performance and quality through scorecards, SLA reporting, root-cause analysis, and capacity reviews.
• Prepare concise insights, recommendations, and updates for operational teams and senior leadership.
• Improve data quality, coverage, and freshness while supporting ad-hoc analysis for time-sensitive decisions.

Requirements

• Around 4 years of experience in analytics, business operations, supply chain, operations planning, consulting, or a similar data-heavy role.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with experience working with large, messy datasets and building models from scratch.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or a similar BI tool.
• Ability to define clear, defensible metrics and baselines from ambiguous business questions.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, ownership, and follow-through skills.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery is a plus.
