D365 CE CRM Developer (Field Service)

Location: Hybrid role based 60% in the office and 40% from home at one of the following UK offices: Swansea, Bristol, Newcastle, Nottingham, Oldham, Leeds, Birmingham or Uxbridge. Candidates must have lived in the UK for at least the last five years and must be eligible for Security Clearance.

Salary: £44,241–£58,997 per annum, plus a 28.97% employer pension contribution. Uxbridge-based candidates may receive an additional £4,000 London Weighting.

What you will do

• Develop and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Field Service solutions.
• Configure and extend Field Service capabilities, including Universal Resource Scheduling and Resource Scheduling Optimisation.
• Build plugins and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Work with technical teams to deliver user-focused services in an agile environment.
• Support enterprise digital transformation projects and provide stakeholder and user support.
• Coach and mentor software developers and test engineers.

Requirements

• Strong experience developing with Dynamics 365 CE and Field Service.
• In-depth understanding of Field Service capabilities, boundaries and constraints, including URS and RSO.
• Experience with C#, .NET, Dynamics plugins, JavaScript or TypeScript, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with technologies such as Power Fx, Model-driven or Canvas Apps, Power Automate, PowerShell, ALM Pipeline, Azure DevOps and Dataverse.
• Experience working with technical teams in an agile environment, including stakeholder management, communication and user support.
• Eligibility for Security Clearance requires at least five years of UK residence, with no absence of 30 days or more at one time during that period.

Nice to have

• Experience coaching and mentoring software developers or test engineers.
• Experience with senior software developer practices covering programming and build, modern development standards, service support, user focus and systems design.
