D365 CRM Functional Consultant

Location: Fully remote within the United Kingdom

Salary: £45,000–£50,000 per annum, dependent on experience

What you will do

• Manage functional delivery for new Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations and existing system improvements.
• Analyse customer processes and recommend solutions across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Run discovery sessions and document business and functional requirements.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE and support UAT, data migration, training, and system rollouts.
• Act as a key customer contact throughout project delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve clients' CRM and Power Platform environments.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
• Experience with D365 CE implementations, integrations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
• Ability to run workshops and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to take ownership of work while collaborating with consultants and technical teams.
