Location: Hybrid, 60% office-based and 40% home-based, from Swansea, Bristol, Newcastle, Nottingham, Oldham, Leeds, Birmingham or Uxbridge, United Kingdom. Candidates must be eligible for Security Clearance and must have lived in the UK for at least the last five years without leaving for 30 days or more at one time.
Salary: £44,241–£58,997 per annum, plus a 28.97% employer pension contribution. Uxbridge-based candidates receive an additional £4,000 London Weighting.

What you will do
- Develop and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Field Service solutions.
- Configure and extend Field Service capabilities, including Universal Resource Scheduling and Resource Scheduling Optimisation.
- Write plugins and application code using C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Develop Model-driven and Canvas Apps, Power Automate solutions, and Dataverse-based services.
- Build and maintain CI/CD and ALM pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Work with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver user-focused services in an agile environment.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing with Dynamics 365 CE and Field Service.
- In-depth knowledge of Field Service, including URS and RSO, and an understanding of platform capabilities, boundaries, and constraints.
- Experience with C#/.NET, Dynamics plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Fx, Power Automate, Dataverse, PowerShell, or ALM pipelines.
- Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, stakeholder management, communication, and user support.
- Experience coaching and mentoring software developers or test engineers.
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance and five years of continuous UK residence are required.
