Remote Expert EPIC Configuration Analyst (Cupid)

Location: Remote within the United States, except California, Illinois, North Dakota, New York, Ohio, Washington, and Wyoming. Hybrid attendance is required every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for individuals within 60 miles of Albuquerque. The role is based at the Remote Office in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and works day shifts.

Salary: $100,152–$175,718.40 per year.

What you will do

• Design, build, configure, test, maintain, and enhance Epic Cupid solutions, workflows, records, tables, and master files.
• Analyze and resolve application incidents, maintenance items, enhancement requests, upgrades, and technical workflow issues, including tier-2 support and on-call coverage as required.
• Develop requirements, specifications, test cases, and test scripts while following quality assurance, change management, and release processes.
• Collaborate with Epic, subject matter experts, end users, trainers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to improve integrated workflows and system productivity.
• Lead meetings, presentations, project scoping, process improvements, and change adoption across teams.
• Mentor analysts and other team members, support knowledge transfer, and act as a functional leader for the supported application.

Requirements

• Epic Cupid certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of IT or business experience, or 6 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 3 years of Epic-specific experience and certification or additional proficiency in a related Epic application area.
• In-depth knowledge of the supported Epic application, with an understanding of integrations, downstream systems, and related Epic applications.
• Applicants must be located in the United States; California, Illinois, North Dakota, New York, Ohio, Washington, and Wyoming are excluded.
• Employees within 60 miles of Albuquerque are expected in the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
