Quality Control Specialist I (Insurance Funding)

Location: Rosemont, Illinois, United States; onsite

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus

What you will do

• Complete quality control reviews for assigned business processes and workflows.
• Escalate quality issues and findings for management review and remediation.
• Maintain reporting of quality control results and exceptions.
• Perform manual geocoding, verify borrower addresses, and maintain CRA data in the account management system.
• Prepare manual geocode reports for submission to hirify.global Compliance.
• Perform BSA monitoring tasks and maintain results according to established procedures.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience working with quality control standards.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Experience writing job aids, procedures, or department documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
