Verification Specialist (Finance)

What you will do

• Process auto retail installment contracts by verifying applicant information and documentation.
• Resolve missing stipulations by communicating with internal and external customers.
• Assess compliance with required loan documentation, federal regulations, and company policy.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Answer product and service questions from potential customers and dealerships.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Verification Team Lead.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of office experience, or equivalent education and training.
• Interpersonal skills that support a collaborative team environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
