Location: Reading, Pennsylvania, United States. Onsite role at the Carpenter Technology Health Center. Scheduled Monday to Friday, primarily 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with flexibility to work 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. one or two days per week.

What you will do
- Develop and implement early-intervention programs, including comprehensive musculoskeletal examinations, OSHA-compliant first aid, and injury-prevention education.
- Conduct physical-demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and recommend preventive strategies.
- Lead individual and group training in functional movement, job simulation, and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with onsite medical and safety teams to coordinate care and recommend workplace countermeasures.
- Document assessments, recommendations, outcomes, and patient health records accurately and promptly.
- Participate in meetings, task forces, and other assigned activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited professional Athletic Training education program.
- Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer credential.
- Current hands-on Basic Life Support certification for healthcare providers through AHA, ARC, or an equivalent provider.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification may be required depending on the contract scope of services.
- Experience in occupational health and safety and knowledge of current OSHA regulations are preferred.
- Ergonomics experience is preferred; an ergonomic specialty certification is an advantage.
