What you will do

• Grow the customer base in the construction sector by attracting and converting new customers.
• Manage incoming referrals and cultivate existing customer relationships.
• Research industry trends, identify opportunities, and contribute to sales strategy.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, manage CRM activity, and progress leads through each stage.
• Prepare sales materials with the marketing team and negotiate commercial terms.
• Train and mentor sales colleagues on products, hardware, and software while attending conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain complex systems clearly and simply.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, multitasking, and lead-management skills.
• Initiative, resilience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
