TL;DR

Salary: $49,996.80–$290,004.00 per year

What you will do

  • Manage a 10-person team covering technical integration, network and cybersecurity engineering, software development, and data engineering and analysis.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver complex technical programs using Agile methodologies.
  • Manage multiple projects, milestones, deliverables, resources, and technical objectives.
  • Maintain Agile workflows, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and accurate JIRA tracking.
  • Translate high-level objectives into technical tasks and milestones while identifying and mitigating program risks.
  • Coordinate with government customers, technical leads, engineers, subject-matter experts, contracts, procurement, and business units.

Requirements

  • US citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph are required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience may substitute.
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience.
  • Demonstrated success delivering programs in network engineering, systems engineering, or similar technical domains.
  • Strong knowledge of team management, project management processes, Agile methodologies, full project lifecycle management, and JIRA.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing contracts, tracking and reporting costs, and applying basic contracting principles.
