Technical Program Manager (Maritime Intelligence)

Salary: $200,000–$225,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global is building a maritime intelligence platform that combines HD video, AI, radar, RF sensing, and AIS to provide real-time maritime domain awareness for defense agencies, coast guards, and commercial maritime operators.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of product development programs from concept through production and deployment.
• Define schedules, milestones, critical paths, dependencies, resource needs, and execution risks across hardware, software, and manufacturing.
• Facilitate standups, sprint planning, milestone reviews, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering and operations.
• Maintain Gantt charts, issue trackers, progress dashboards, and other program documentation.
• Support new product introduction and field rollout planning across supply chain, QA, logistics, and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication, change management, decision timelines, and alignment with company OKRs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management within hardware, robotics, or embedded systems.
• Track record of managing complex, multi-phase programs involving hardware and software integration.
• Strong familiarity with agile, hybrid, and milestone-driven development methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, including the ability to translate between technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Gantt software, or comparable collaboration platforms.

• Background in maritime, aerospace, defense, or field-deployed sensing systems.
