Salary: $130,000–$190,000 per year, plus potential bonus, benefits, and equity for regular employees.

What you will do
- Prepare, review, negotiate, execute, and administer customer contracts, subcontracts, nondisclosure agreements, memoranda of understanding, teaming agreements, and statements of work.
- Support business development, compliant proposals, supply chain transactions, and supplier negotiations.
- Administer complex government contracts, including performance monitoring, modifications, amendments, negotiations, and compliance.
- Serve as the primary contractual point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify contractual and regulatory risks and coordinate compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and other requirements.
- Manage subcontractor proposals, cost or price analysis, records, flow-down requirements, and the small business subcontracting plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Contracts Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of contract management experience, preferably in defense contracting, including cradle-to-grave administration of CPAF, CPFF, FFP, and T&M government contracts.
- Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, OTAs, ITAR, and government procurement processes.
- Experience negotiating complex sales and purchase terms and managing government contracts.
- Exceptional communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Nice to have
- Contracts management certification such as CPCM or CFCM.
- Experience with software licensing and development contracts.
