Military Fellowship Program: Contracts Administrator (Aerospace) (Government Contracts/Aerospace): Supporting contract administration for ISR and aviation systems through compliance reviews, documentation, audits, customer coordination, and contract data tracking with an accent on government contracting, NDA negotiation, and financial reconciliation. Focus on maintaining accurate contract records, resolving invoice issues, and coordinating technical and contractual communications within a U.S. aerospace and defense environment.
Location: Lone Tree, Colorado, United States; primarily office-based. Occasional travel of less than 10% may be required for training or contract negotiations.

What you will do
- Update and maintain contract management systems, databases, records, and contract activity documentation.
- Review contract documents for compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support audits and compliance reviews by providing required documentation and information.
- Coordinate with technical, administrative, business, program, and external customer personnel under the direction of the Contracts Manager.
- Review, recommend, and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements and support protection of company interests.
- Track and reconcile unbilled and accounts receivable status, resolve invoice issues, and submit contract data requirements documentation.
Requirements
- Currently serving on active duty and eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program; the fellowship is not available to separated veterans.
- Associate's degree in a related field, or relevant experience as a substitute.
- 0–2 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to plan, organize, multitask, prioritize, and meet multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work primarily in an office environment.

- Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
- Familiarity with government contract requirements, FAR, and DFARS regulations.
- Problem-solving ability, originality, creativity, and initiative.
