What you will do
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for machinery, equipment, utilities, and plant facilities.
- Lead electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, and Infrastructure and Services teams by setting priorities and allocating resources.
- Monitor monthly maintenance KPIs, investigate deviations, and implement corrective and continuous-improvement plans.
- Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, maintenance costs, investment evaluations, and industrial improvement projects.
- Coordinate third-party providers for maintenance, automation, civil services, building maintenance, forklifts, overhead cranes, and cleaning.
- Ensure maintenance, modification, and installation activities comply with legal, technical, and HSE requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for equipment, utilities, and facilities.
- Experience with maintenance planning and control, KPIs, costs, departmental budgets, OPEX, and CAPEX.
- Experience managing contracts, suppliers, and third-party service providers.
- General knowledge of automation and electronic systems, plus experience with infrastructure and industrial improvement projects.
- Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, negotiation, and prioritization skills.
