Senior Consultant, Performance Improvement

Location: US - National. Relocation to Madison, WI, is not required, and travel is not required at this time.

What you will do

• Implement advisory solutions and demonstrate their value throughout client engagements.
• Develop project management artifacts, including workplans, status reports, decision logs, risk logs, and initiative trackers.
• Create complex analytical models, financial analyses, statistical reports, visualizations, and presentations.
• Facilitate client interviews and meetings and identify improvement opportunities with implementation recommendations.
• Review and validate analyses and client deliverables to ensure high-quality, client-ready work.
• Lead workstreams, contribute to practice knowledge and tools, and mentor junior resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include data science, finance, business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of healthcare industry experience, preferably in hospital administration, revenue cycle, or value-based care.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with business, technical, and clinical resources while balancing multiple assignments.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau, programming languages such as SQL or Python, and preferably EMR or ERP solutions.
