2027 Summer Internship (US) - Supply Chain Analytics

Location: Hybrid internship in Lincolnshire, Illinois, or Holtsville, New York, with at least 3 days of in-office attendance.

Salary: $27–$34 per hour.

What you will do

• Analyze operational datasets, identify trends, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decisions.
• Review and improve workflows to increase operational efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Maintain reports, trackers, and visual dashboards for key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on operational needs and ongoing initiatives.
• Complete an individual or team project and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Develop planning, organizational, leadership, communication, and technology skills through hands-on work and mentoring.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Management, Supply Chain Operations, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date between May 2027 and December 2029.
• Ability to analyze quantitative data, communicate findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience creating interactive dashboards and automated reports with Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and basic data modeling.
• Experience analyzing operational datasets, mapping processes, conducting root cause analysis, or applying Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Prior internship, university research, or capstone project experience involving real-world business challenges.
• Leadership experience, intellectual curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
