Business Applications Manager (Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central)

Location: Weybridge, United Kingdom; 4 days per week onsite, non-negotiable

Salary: £65,000–£70,000 per annum

Established UK distributor of prestige and luxury fragrance and beauty brands.

What you will do

• Own the core business applications and act as the internal Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central subject matter expert.
• Provide day-to-day support, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements across NAV.
• Support the planned migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central in January 2029.
• Work with business users to understand requirements and optimise finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, and warehousing processes.
• Manage relationships with external IT and software support partners.
• Support reporting and data requirements using SQL and Power BI while working with the Head of IT.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central.
• Experience as an internal NAV/Business Central subject matter expert or business systems owner.
• Strong SQL Server and SQL skills.
• Understanding of finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, and warehousing processes.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with users, senior stakeholders, and external suppliers while driving continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
