Service Manager

Location: Pdte. Riesco, Las Condes, Región Metropolitana, Chile; regular travel across LATAM and occasional international travel required.

What you will do

• Lead field service operations across LATAM in line with technical, quality, and HSE standards.
• Monitor KPIs, forecast performance, and implement operational improvements.
• Manage warehouse and inventory operations, material flow, distribution, and spare parts availability.
• Manage regional budgets, business forecasts, and financial performance.
• Translate strategic objectives into measurable plans and use operational and financial data for decision-making.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and technical teams across multiple locations and markets.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in regional or multi-site leadership roles with budget and performance accountability.
• Experience leading operational or service-oriented teams with responsibility for people, customer outcomes, and financial results.
• Ability to lead through supervisors, develop high-performing teams, simplify complex processes, and drive sustainable improvements.
• Strong strategic and commercial judgment, data interpretation skills, and a multi-country mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in agroindustry, post-harvest, food processing, or packaging environments.
