Procurement Manager (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end material execution from purchase order placement through supplier delivery, manufacturing, and project fulfillment.
• Drive supplier and contract manufacturer performance, including delivery, quality, capacity, corrective actions, negotiations, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Service, and Project teams.
• Lead spare parts procurement and aftermarket operations, maintaining service levels, inventory health, and rapid shortage recovery.
• Lead and develop teams across procurement operations, supply chain operations, spares procurement, and analytics.
• Build reporting and dashboards, improve data quality, standardize processes, and support ERP and supply chain enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, manufacturing operations, or program management.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams and driving operational performance.
• Experience managing suppliers, contract manufacturers, and global supply chains, with knowledge of procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, or equivalent; strong MRP and supply planning knowledge; advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, plus strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Experience in manufacturing, energy storage, renewable energy, electronics, or industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, APICS, or related supply chain methodologies.
• Experience leading process improvement and transformation initiatives.
