Logistic Support Analyst I (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Execute local and international purchasing activities, request quotations, prepare purchase orders, and follow up on supplier deliveries.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, freight forwarding, customs documentation, and import/export activities.
• Monitor inventory, perform transactions and cycle counts, reconcile stock, and support physical inventory activities.
• Coordinate the receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and spare parts.
• Maintain procurement, inventory, logistics, and trade records in ERP and business systems.
• Analyze operational data and support process improvement, standardization, and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or engineering degree in industrial engineering, civil industrial engineering, logistics engineering, commercial engineering, international trade, supply chain management, operations management, or a related field.
• Entry-level candidates, including those with internships or university projects in operations, logistics, or supply chain, are welcome.
• Strong interest in procurement, logistics, inventory control, and international trade.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Advanced English communication skills, written and spoken, are required.
