Direct Procurement Buyer

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for direct materials and create, modify, and maintain purchase orders in SAP.
• Ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted supply while monitoring transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage Vendor Invoice Management workflows and coordinate invoice reconciliation with finance, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate global suppliers, supplier onboarding, compliance documentation, delivery performance, and escalations.
• Track inbound shipments with logistics teams, freight partners, warehouses, and planning teams.
• Analyze procurement and supply chain data, prepare KPI reports, and support inventory optimization, cost control, and process automation.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
• Strong experience in direct materials procurement and international supplier operations.
• Hands-on experience creating SAP purchase orders and managing procurement workflows.
• Experience with Vendor Invoice Management, logistics operations, and supply chain coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, commerce, engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with ERP and procurement tools.
• Knowledge of supply planning and inventory management.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Procurement or supply chain certifications.
