NPD Supervisor (Fuse Development)

What you will do

• Lead new product development projects from concept, feasibility planning, and prototyping through full production release.
• Manage technical execution, resource allocation, project schedules, and technical milestones.
• Develop technical solutions and action plans for complex engineering challenges.
• Provide technical guidance, organize internal training, and mentor core engineers.
• Support Sales, Marketing, Process Development, and Quality teams on product performance, capability, and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of new product development experience, including 3 or more years focused on fuse development.
• Experience independently developing products, leading engineering projects, and applying management and leadership skills.
• High proficiency in English reading and writing.
• Practical knowledge of 2D/3D CAD and APQP methodology, especially DFMEA.
• Result-oriented, self-initiated, and highly motivated approach.
