  • At least 7 years of manufacturing engineering or related engineering experience supporting complex hardware systems from development through production.
  • At least 3 years of CAD experience, including developing and reviewing solid models for tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing applications.
  • Experience with manufacturing readiness, process development, prototype-to-production transition, and cross-functional hardware programs.
  • Must be a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, or a worker granted asylum or refugee status.
  • Due to national security requirements, nationals of the People's Republic of China or Russia must also be U.S. citizens.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading manufacturing engineering across multiple subsystems or a complex integrated hardware program.
  • Experience with DFM/DFx, Lean, Six Sigma, structured root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations teams.

Culture & Benefits
