Senior Commercial Manager, D2C - Change and Go-to-Market

What you will do

• Lead strategic Direct-to-Consumer e-commerce initiatives from commercial problem definition and validation through launch, optimization, and handover.
• Identify growth opportunities and translate customer, market, competitive, and trade data into commercial decisions and product direction.
• Use BI tools, large-scale data queries, advanced analytics, and agentic AI to surface insights, diagnose problems, and develop recommendations.
• Define measurement frameworks with Analytics and Data Science teams to assess initiatives against key business metrics.
• Shape ML roadmaps, evaluate forecasts and outputs against business objectives, and provide feedback to ML and measurement teams.
• Influence senior stakeholders and lead global cross-functional change across Product, Engineering, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in management or strategy consulting, commercial strategy, e-commerce, digital commerce, or product strategy.
• Demonstrated commercial impact, ownership of recommendations, execution, and measurable outcomes.
• Advanced hands-on data analytics skills, including exploring complex data and building visual narratives.
• Strong commercial modelling and business case development skills.
• Practical experience with experiment design and measurement frameworks for evaluating strategy or feature impact.
• Experience partnering with Data Science, Analytics, ML, Product, and Engineering teams and making decisions under uncertainty.
